ABSTRACT

Recently, the education industry is actively shifting to digital education. In particular, as the demand for online education increases due to the spread of COVID-19, smart education service market for the elementary school that provides learning tablet devices is growing rapidly. Learning management system in smart education service is very important for elementary student who have not yet acquired independent study habits. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the learning management system of smart education service and applied the Kano Model for functions provided by the learning management application linked with the smart learning devices, classifying utilitythe user's point of view. Also, we studied the changes between perception of utility, reclassifying based on factors affecting learning management. We hope that this study become a theoretical foundation for the future development of a learning management system for smart education services by improving the usability of the learning management application. And also we expect that this ultimately suggest a directionteacher-dependent to system-supported learning management system.
